Pim van de Pavoordt

I am a data scientist at Qualogy and I currently work at the Centre for Innovation as an Innovation fellow on the Human Rights Watch project ‘Impact Tracker’. I try to gain knowledge from large amounts of structured and unstructured data. This is done by gathering, cleaning, analysing and visualising data in such a way that predictions, recommendations and other knowledge is gained out of it. At the Centre for Innovation you work on all kinds of interesting projects for high level organisations. By doing this, you gain a lot of experience on how to take on data science projects, what the pitfalls are, and how you can add extra value for clients.
