Innovation, Co-Creation and Global Impact

This Leiden University Minor programme was initiated and developed by the Future Work "Changemakers" Lab at the Centre for Innovation. It was run by Sjoerd Louwaars' team from 2014 (as Entrepreneurship for Society) until the summer of 2018.

From September 2018, the course will be delivered by the Faculty of Governance and Global Affairs in The Hague.

About the minor Innovation, Co-Creation and Global Impact

This course teaches students how to turn ideas into reality. It's aim is to educate, coach and train a new breed of academic entrepreneurs. They are coached to develop entrepreneurial skills set and attitude and learn how to apply academic knowledge in practice by developing a start-up that has an impact on society. Students are encouraged to go beyond what is considered ‘routine’ today.
